KVM-i7 Git rules

NOTE: The KVM-i7 TOS does not override any of these rules. These will go into effect after the commit that this was added in.

1. No malware or malicious contents may be hosted on a repository, without a disclaimer in the README (a maximum of 5 lines from the top.).
2. No pr0n or other... naughty... content.

That's it. Go upload MAS-Activation-Scripts or something.
