Greek channel feed updates 
* Added HD feeds to the main Greek channels
* Fixed main feed information for some pay TV channels
* Added the HD feed of Kontra Channel which is only available on Cosmote TV (https://typologies.gr/to-kontra-channel-einai-stin-cosmote-tv/)
* Added a Panhellenic feed for Smile TV, which is only available on pay TV and airs kids shows 24/7, unlike the main local feed that broadcasts exclusively in Attica and which airs news and telemarketing during nighttime hours
* Fixed broadcast area information for Mad World

Database update

User editable database for TV channels.

channels.csv

All data is stored in the /data folder as CSV (Comma-separated values) files and can be edited with any spreadsheet editor (such as Google Sheets, LibreOffice, ...).

API

All data is also available through the API, documentation for which can be found in the iptv-org/api repository.
