Section A: Definitions "README" refers to the files "README.txt", or "README.md", in the root of a repository. Section B:

1. No malware or malicious contents may be hosted on a repository, without a disclaimer in the first 5 lines of the README.
2. We reserve the right to remove a repository hosting CSAM, or pr0n.
